The Law Firm “SAJIC” Partnership Banja Luka was the very first and until recently the only law firm in Republic of Srpska and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Stojanka Sajic and Aleksandar Sajic, both lawyers found this law firm in 2003. It is registered in the register of enterprises at the Basic Court in Banja Luka. The Law Firm “SAJIC” Partnership originates from the joint law office of Stojanka Sajic and Aleksandar Sajic, which was found in 2000 and which represented continuation of legal practice that Stojanka Sajic started independently in 1989 in the law office of Stojanka Sajic.

Our seat is in Banja Luka, Vladike Platona Street No. 3. Basic capital of our firm amounts 69,667 KM. At the moment, the law firm has fifteen employees: two lawyers, three legal associates (B.L.L. with Bar’s examinations passed) and eight legal legal associates (B.L.L.). We have lawyers professional liability insurance.

The Law Firm “SAJIC“ offers all types of legal services and especially in following areas: commercial disputes, administrative proceedings, civil proceedings, labor law, minor offenses, registration of enterprises and relations between stock holders and co-owners, foreign investments, family law and law of inheritance, real estates, bankruptcy and liquidation, out of court proceedings, due diligence of enterprises and real estates, agriculture and forestry, construction, environmental protection, health, working and residential permits, copyright and producers’ right, associations of citizens, law from the area of insurance, banks and banking law, de-nationalization and restitution of property, tourism and services, taxes and customs, stock market, cadastre and deed books, exploitation of national resources and concession, losing and acquiring citizenship, telecommunications etc. We participate in several big investment projects in the area of telecommunications, wood industry, energy and civil engineering, which are taking place all over Bosnia and Herzegovina.

For needs of our clients: we follow adoption and changes of all regulations and, in accordance with them, we provide opinions, advices and suggestions; we participate in negotiations regarding conclusion of different contracts and we prepare drafts of these contracts; we collect documentation and we submit applications for use of non-returnable and returnable resources, not only from the EU funds but also from all other available funds; we participate in proceedings for obtaining right at all local, entity and state institutions in Bosnia


and Herzegovina. We very often sign contracts on permanent legal representation with juristic persons. In these contracts, we are obliged to be at their disposal for all their legal issues and needs and they pay us flat rate compensation per month.

The Law Firm “SAJIC” offers its services at the entire territory of Republic of Srpska and Bosnia and Herzegovina before all legal and administrative institutions. We are qualified to take over and carry out all your obligations immediately in any part of the country. All employees have active knowledge of either English or German. We also take active participation in seminars in both, Region and EU, from the area of human rights, international trade law, market economy, international humanitarian law, property and procedural law and other similar areas, which provide good quality education, improvements and acquiring of new knowledge.
